At YSS we want to keep our customers and staff safe! That’s why we are launching Click and Collect allowing you to order online and pickup and pay in store. Notification from the store when your order is ready ensures that time spent in the store is minimal without impacting quality of service.

So How do I use – “Click and Collect”
YSS Click and Collect makes it easy to select products online, pickup and pay in-store at your chosen YSS location. Placing an order through Click and Collect is fast and secure, and easy. Oh, and we always keep your information private.
Sign up /sign in to your Account
Click and Collect doesn’t require you to create an account, but having a customer account makes you privy to sales and special events and we think that is pretty exciting. All that, plus it makes check out that much quicker next time (we know you will be back!) You can think about this as it is not required until you are ready to check out.
Now you are ready to shop!
Scroll through our products and click “Add to cart” on everything you’re interested in. If you click on the “details” button you can learn more about each product.
To make it easier, you can view our selection of cannabis products and accessories by brand, price and store. See something you like, click “Add to cart” and it can be yours.
Okay, got everything you need?
Did you remember the papers ….perfect, you found everything you were searching for and now you’re ready to place your order. At the top of the page you will see a little shopping cart, just click on the cart to review and complete your order.
Remember: Always double check the store selection at the top of the page before checking out since stock availability is store specific!
Here’s where you get to sign up as a Customer (or just check out at as Guest this round), but refer to point three to be reminded of the benefits of signing up as a YSS customer.
Take a quick look to make sure everything you wanted is correctly in your cart and that you’ve selected the correct store. All good? Then you are ready to submit your order, click “Checkout” and you are done.
Then what happens?
You’ll get two text messages
Upon clicking “Checkout” you will receive a text message with your order number (keep this handy, you will need this number to pick up your order in-store). This tells you that we received your order and we’re working on it!
The next text you receive will confirm your order is ready for pick up as well as provide an update in case we had issues filling your order. We strive to ensure we have product availability at the time of online orders, but sometimes product sells quickly!
Your order will only be held for 4 hours after the pick up notification text is sent to you. After four hours your basket is emptied. If this happens, you can just reorder! You are a pro at this now!
Photo ID and your order number must be presented at the pick up counter when you come into the store (Having valid ID within the store is the law, plus we don’t want someone else to get all your great stuff). Payment is made in store, during this time debit/credit is preferred, but we will take your cash! We will also deduct any promotional discounts at the time of check out.
